The BJP on Sunday staged a protest against former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal at Rajghat and Connaught Place and claimed that the AAP-led Delhi government had failed to fulfil none of the promises mentioned in its election manifesto.  Delhi BJP vice-president Kapil Mishra led the protest along with party workers at Rajghat. Mishra even released a report card of the AAP government claiming that none of the 70 promises have been fulfilled by the Kejriwal government. Mishra said the AAP made 70 promises in its manifesto 10 years ago that included a pollution-free city and 8 lakh jobs, of which none were fulfilled during Kejriwals tenure. He promised to bring the Lokpal bill and Swaraj bill, but nothing happened, the BJP leader added.  The people of Delhi are fed up with Kejriwal, and we will reach out to every household with the AAPs report card and expose him when he will lie to the people of the city, Mishra said. In another protest at Connaught Place, less than a km away from Jantar Mantar where the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was holding a Janata Ki Adalat where an exhibition exposing corruption in the Kejriwal government held. Delhi BJP Chief Virendra Sachdeva accused that Kejriwal has betrayed his mentors, friends, children, ideals, and dreams of honesty. Why did you betray Anna Hazare? Why did you break the trust of Kiran Bedi, Shazia Ilmi, Kumar Vishwas, and Rajkumar Anand ? Why did you betray your children by forming an alliance with Congress despite swearing on them? You called the Lokpal your ideal, but have done nothing to appoint one. Why did you betray your ideals and You entered politics on an anti-corruption platform, but your government has hurt public sentiment and crushed the hopes of alternative politics. Why have you betrayed the people on corruption ?, he asked five questions to Kejriwal. He alsopraised the youth workers of the party for their efforts to expose Arvind Kejriwal and said the people of Delhi are fed up with the corruption in the Kejriwal government and demand answers. Sachdeva stated that Kejriwal cannot get away by resigning and will have to answer for 10 years of corrupt misgovernance. Leader of opposition in Delhi assembly Vijender Gupta said the Aam Aadmi Party is a shop of lies, and the people of Delhi want accountability for the last 10 years, which have set the city back by 50 years. He added that Kejriwals government is steeped in corruption, and since Kejriwal is the mastermind, one can only imagine where Delhi will go under his leadership. South Delhi MP Ramvir Singh Bidhuri said during the COVID pandemic, he had questioned Kejriwal in the Assembly about demolishing his old house and building a new palace. We protested outside Kejriwals house with all the MLAs when the blueprints of the palace, built at a cost of ?189 crore, were not made public. Bidhuri added that Kejriwals new residence cost ?52 crore to build, while 21 flats around it were demolished to make room for the mansion.  No permission was taken to demolish these flats, and officials involved in the Commonwealth Games scandal purchased these flats for 6 crore. BJP MP Yogendra Chandolia said Kejriwal is not an ordinary person but someone who is looting Delhi and filling his own pockets while putting on a show for the public. Calling the residence Sheesh Mahal, where Arvind Kejriwal is living, the Praveen Shankar Kapoor said that it was a perfect example of the AAP leaders luxurious life.
